22.06.2017, 16:00 - 17:30 Uhr

Learn more about the replication potential of SmartEnCity and the other Smart Cities and Communities lighthouse projects!

In this session, participants will benefit from the experiences, expertise and know-how of the Smart Cities and Communities (SCC1) projects currently funded under the Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme of the European Commission. The workshop aims to enable other cities to adopt and replicate the smart city model and energy-related solutions implemented in the different lighthouse cities. The SmartEnCity project will also present its experiences and will have a joint booth with the other SCC1 projects.

This session is organised in the framework of the European Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW).

In the Smart Cities and Communities lighthouse projects, cities, industry and citizens work together to demonstrate solutions and business models that can be scaled up and replicated. The objective is to achieve measurable benefits in energy and resource efficiency, new markets and new jobs.
