SmartEnCity was a joint project of 37 partners from Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Italy and Spain.
Under the coordination of TECNALIA Research & Innovation, these partners worked together to make Smart Zero Carbon Cities become a reality in Europe.
